Many people have misconceptions about what a personal does and who he or she is. In many cases we are a coach, an innovator, and some times a psychologist/psychiatrist, haha! Most people require accountability, but in other cases, some one just wants someone to listen and understand them while they fight through their healthy-lifestyle journey. As a trainer, my job is to be all the above. Many people have tried everything under the sun OTHER than researching a great trainer that can help them with their individual goals. So many things effect a persons weight, and there are many factors that a trainer has to know to create the perfect program for each individual regardless of what the person is trying to achieve. Lots of times people have an idea of what they want to achieve and through their journey find that their original goals were not valid enough to keep them motivated. Or even better, find that those goals were easily attainable and quickly have to find new ways to keep motivated and work on greater or more long-term health goals. Either way, once a person gets started, it can be a healthy addiction. I have the honor of inspiring people and knowing that I have made a difference in their lives on any level. I want someone to look at me and say “Because of YOU, I didn’t quit!” This is the joy of my work, and I love it!
